Payment: For prepaid mail orders include money order, cheque or credit card information with order; no cash. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Prices are subject to change without notice due to manufacturer's increase. We will contact you if the item is temporarily out of stock and confirm if the customer would like to place it on back order.
Shipping: Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. No minimum order size required. If mailing in order with prepayment, please include ample funds for shipping; excess will be refunded with your order. For domestic orders, standard delivery is via Australia Post, Express Post, Registered Mail or air delivery available at additional cost. For international orders, we use postal service exclusively. Shipping cost is based on weight, distance and value of goods. We are not certified to ship dangerous goods (powder or primers). Australia Post have restrictions on dimensions of parcels (like max. length of 1050mm) so for items like cleaning rods contact us first.
Insurance: We recommend that you add insurance coverage for an additional 1.25% of the goods value just incase.....your choice.
Returns and Warranties: No return on special orders or used items. Other returns allowed within 30 days with prior approval and subject to 10% restocking fee. Must be packed in original packaging and in saleable condition. We reserve the right to make the final determination on all returns. Manufacturers' products should be returned directly to them for warranty service.
Damaged Shipments: Notify BRT Shooters' Supply and the carrier immediately. The carrier must inspect the merchandise and shipping carton before a claim can be processed; do not destroy or discard damaged cartons or goods.

International Orders: All our prices listed include GST (goods and services tax) which will not be charged on international sales that are shipped to an International address. For international orders, we use postal service exclusively. Please do not ask us to under value your order. We must list all goods on shipping document at our published prices in order to fully recover on insurance if a parcel is lost or damaged in shipment and to claim back the GST we have already paid.
